Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how to cancel your Revwy subscription and when refunds apply. It forms part of our Terms of Service and is governed by applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
1. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time — there is no lock-in. To cancel:
- Open your account dashboard and cancel from the billing section, or
- Email support@revwy.com from the address on your account.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to paid features until then and will not be billed for the next cycle. The free tier needs no cancellation and can be left at any time.
2. Refunds
- 7-day refund window — if you cancel within 7 days of your first payment for a new subscription, you may request a full refund of that payment.
- After 7 days — payment for the current period is non-refundable, but cancelling stops all future charges. Partial-period refunds are not provided.
- Service failure — if you were charged due to a billing error or a failure on our side to deliver the paid service, contact us and we will refund the affected amount in full.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@revwy.com with your account email and the reason for the request. We review and respond to refund requests within 3 business days.
4. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We do not charge any cancellation fee.
