Terms of Service

1. The service

Revwy automatically generates a themed website for a local business using publicly available information from its Google Maps listing (photos, reviews, hours, and business details). A free tier is available; paid plans unlock additional features such as private hosting and a custom domain.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You may only claim a business listing you own or are authorised to represent.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent purposes.
• Do not misrepresent your relationship to a business you claim.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.

4. Fees & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) through our payment processor. All fees are stated in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless noted otherwise. You authorise us to charge your payment method for each billing cycle until you cancel.

5. Cancellation policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@revwy.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access to paid features until then, and you will not be charged again. The free tier requires no cancellation and can be left at any time.

6. Refund policy

For subscriptions, if you cancel within 7 days of your first payment for a new subscription, you may request a full refund of that payment. After 7 days, payments for the current billing period are non-refundable, but cancelling stops all future charges. 7. Intellectual property

The Revwy platform, software, and branding remain our property. Content sourced from your Google Maps listing remains subject to its original rights; you confirm you have the right to use any business content displayed on your claimed site.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jeet Dhandha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
